Your scenario data
- Emails you write and receive during scenarios are private to your session.
- Your data is never used to train AI models or improve scenarios.
- Each session is isolated — other players never see your responses.
- When a scenario ends, your data remains yours.
AI & third parties
We use Anthropic's Claude API to generate the team member responses you receive in scenarios. Your emails are sent to Claude for response generation only — not for model training.
Anthropic's privacy policy confirms that API inputs are not used for model training.
Analytics
We use Plausible Analytics — a privacy-first, cookie-free analytics tool. This paragraph describes Plausible only; optional PostHog processing is described separately below.
- GDPR-compliant by design, hosted in the EU.
- We see aggregate page views, not individual visitor profiles.
- Plausible data is not shared with Google or advertising networks.
When the trial is enabled, and only if you explicitly consent, we also use EU-hosted PostHog to understand the path from public pricing pages to starting and purchasing practice. PostHog may receive approved product events, fully masked public-page replay, and sanitized public-page browser errors. Authenticated activity uses only your pseudonymous account UUID — never your name or email.
- Private scenario pages, account pages, admin pages, form values, and written scenario content are excluded.
- Replay masks all text, inputs, and element attributes; console logs and network bodies or headers are disabled.
- The production trial must use a signed data-processing agreement, stored-IP capture disabled, and PostHog's model-development use of customer content opted out before activation.
- New replay data is configured for 30-day retention. Trial event retention may be longer, so trial removal includes deleting PostHog-held data.
- Consent is the basis for this optional processing. Withdrawal stops new collection immediately in this browser and records deletion of your prior PostHog person, events, and recordings as pending until a final remote readback verifies that they are gone.
- Plausible remains active as aggregate, cookie-free analytics regardless of your PostHog choice.
What we collect
- Account info: name and email — required to deliver scenario emails to you.
- Scenario responses: your email replies during gameplay.
- Onboarding answers: your role and leadership challenge — used to personalize scenarios.
We do not use advertising pixels, fingerprinting, or ad profiles. Optional PostHog telemetry is used only after your explicit choice and within the limits above.
Your rights
You can request a copy of your data or ask us to delete your account and everything associated with it.
