Your scenario data

Emails you write and receive during scenarios are private to your session.
Your data is never used to train AI models or improve scenarios.
Each session is isolated — other players never see your responses.
When a scenario ends, your data remains yours.

AI & third parties

We use Anthropic's Claude API to generate the team member responses you receive in scenarios. Your emails are sent to Claude for response generation only — not for model training.

Anthropic's privacy policy confirms that API inputs are not used for model training.

Analytics

We use Plausible Analytics — a privacy-first, cookie-free analytics tool. No personal data is collected.

GDPR-compliant by design, hosted in the EU.
We see aggregate page views, not individual visitor profiles.
No data is shared with Google, ad networks, or any third party.

What we collect

Account info: name and email — required to deliver scenario emails to you.
Scenario responses: your email replies during gameplay.
Onboarding answers: your role and leadership challenge — used to personalize scenarios.

That's it. No tracking pixels, no fingerprinting, no ad profiles.

Your rights

You can request a copy of your data or ask us to delete your account and everything associated with it.
