Refund Policy

14 days, no questions asked.

The short version

  • Full refund within 14 days of purchase — no questions asked.
  • Applies to all purchase types: individual scenarios, bundles, and team plans.
  • We don't ask whether you've started a scenario. If you want a refund, you get one.

How to request a refund

  • Email hello@prismsignal.io with the email address you used to purchase.
  • We'll process your refund within 3 business days.
  • Refunds are returned to your original payment method.

Team plans

If team members have already been invited and started scenarios, you can still get a full refund within 14 days.

Invited members will lose access to assigned scenarios after the refund is processed.

After 14 days

We don't offer refunds after the 14-day window.

If something went wrong with your experience, reach out at hello@prismsignal.io — we'll find a solution.

Who processes your payment

Payments are processed by LemonSqueezy, our merchant of record.

  • LemonSqueezy handles tax collection, invoicing, and payment disputes on our behalf.
  • Refunds appear on your statement as “LMSQUEEZY” or “Lemon Squeezy”.
