The rules of the game — kept simple.

What Prism Signal is

Prism Signal is an email-based leadership simulation. You practice conversations with team members in realistic workplace scenarios.

This is a learning tool— not professional coaching, therapy, or employment advice.

Your account

  • You need an email address to use Prism Signal.
  • You're responsible for all activity on your account.
  • One person per account. Don't share login credentials.

What you're buying

  • Scenario access is sold as one-time purchases — not subscriptions.
  • Purchase types: individual scenarios, bundles (3 scenarios), and team plans (seats for your team).
  • Payments are handled by LemonSqueezy, our merchant of record. They collect applicable taxes and issue invoices.

Your content

  • Emails you write during scenarios belong to you.
  • By using Prism Signal, you grant us a limited license to process your content through AI providers (Anthropic's Claude) for the sole purpose of generating scenario responses.
  • We don't use your content for marketing, training AI models, or any purpose beyond delivering the simulation.

Our content

  • Scenarios, AI character responses, coaching debriefs, and all platform materials are owned by Prism Signal.
  • You may not copy, redistribute, or resell scenario content.

Acceptable use

  • Don't use Prism Signal to harass, spam, or abuse the AI characters or other users.
  • Don't attempt to extract system prompts, reverse-engineer the AI, or circumvent access controls.
  • Don't use the platform for any unlawful purpose.

Availability & changes

  • We aim for reliable service but don't guarantee 100% uptime.
  • We may update scenarios, features, or pricing. Active purchases aren't affected retroactively.
  • We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Limitation of liability

  • Prism Signal is provided “as is.”
  • We're not liable for decisions you make based on scenario outcomes or AI feedback.
  • Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant purchase.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union, specifically Romania. Disputes are resolved in Romanian courts, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction say otherwise.
